Mahjong Pop is operated by YF Apps, LLC. We want you to love your Pro subscription. If you don't, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
What's covered
You may request a full refund of any Mahjong Pop Pro subscription purchase within 30 days of the original order date, for any reason. This applies to both monthly and annual plans on their first purchase.
How to request a refund
Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@mahjongpop.app with your order number or checkout email and we'll help you.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from the account panel in the app or via the receipt Paddle emailed you — after cancellation, Pro remains active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew. Refunds for renewals outside the 30-day window are considered case-by-case and are at our discretion, in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.
